Helpful staff, but noisy nights

The staff went above and beyond, always offering a smile. I loved the comfortable king bed that made my nights restful, despite the traffic noise outside.

Unfortunately, our room faced the freeway, leading to sleepless nights. The check-in clerk seemed a bit weary, which didn't set the best first impression.

The bathrooms have dangerously slippery floors!!! Hot and cold faucets are reversed everywhere. Drywall around the shower area shows clear signs of neglect!!! Ice buckets, irons, and those basic lamps with USB ports are unexpectedly absent!!!

This place exceeded our expectations! The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. the bathroom outlets were super loose. but the breakfast had hard boiled eggs and yogurt! parking right at the door was awesome, made unloading easy. very clean room, felt cozy and nice all around!

Request a room away from the street for a quieter stay, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

Conveniently located near a restaurant and freeway, the accommodations offered clean rooms with very firm beds, which suited my preference. However, the sheets felt old and scratchy, leaving something to be desired. There was also a significant issue with the hot water, which was frustrating. Despite the friendly staff, this experience fell short of expectations, especially in terms of basic amenities.
